Katie Zempel is a native of Green Bay who now lives in Waupaca. She's founder of 727 Media Agency, the digital marketing agency that helped the Waupaca Chamber create an award-winning tourism marketing campaign. Katie has a great story of passion, entrepreneurialism, and perseverence.
